Kim Barth

Kim Barth (1973) is a jazz-rooted saxophonist, flautist and composer based in Barcelona. His music draws on both jazz and popular traditions, and that versatility has allowed him to move naturally between projects of very different character.

He combines his work as a performer with teaching at Barcelona's municipal music schools, and has taken part in ventures that build bridges between classical writing and other languages, such as Classica Nova by Oriol Cruixent.
